Centerboard is designed to eliminate your business needs for manually routing information to your staff or customers.  Each defined user has an assigned message board that you can post documents, emails or notification that a business item needs attention or that an exception to process has occurred.  You can even set time limits for responses and auto route the message to other users.  You are not restricted to just the message board.  Documents and messages can be routed by email with the message board functions intact.

Centerboard allows you to define recipients for notifications.  Recipients do not have access to internal message boards but documents, files and images can be forwarded as email attachments or faxed.  You can customize messages and use data elements within the text body for email processing; you can even request document approval or denial via email processes.
