If you currently use a document and imaging software, the output CSV or XML file structures can be accepted for input processing in Centerboard. Form names, data elements obtained via OCR/OMR or barcodes can be defined and processed by Centerboard.
Centerboard has a Document and Image Indexing module that accepts inputs without the expense of an external D&I application. Using templates, you can build data queues to accept images directly from your current scanner(s) and manually define the form and data element requirements that trigger automated workflow.
Centerboard can accept emails for input processing. Data can be taken from the email content and stored automatically. Easily capture and store account numbers, names, or any data item contained within each email.
You can route your incoming faxes to a D&I system for OCR/OMR processing or directly to a Centerboard data queue for processing.
