Centerboard gives you the flexibility to customize outputs in many ways.  You can create letters, emails, faxes and data exports using several differing formats.

You can build letter templates with headers, footers, shapes, pictures or clip art.  Centerboard allows you to add standard text to these templates and substitute words with data base elements that were received and stored.  This allows you to have standard forms and text that can be changed instantly to respond to your customers, clients, users and vendors.  These outputs can be in the form of documents, emails or faxes. 

Tell Centerboard the events that require the output processing, and it will handle the rest.   You can see reports of delivery times and the status of all scheduled events and activities.  Centerboard allows you to manage your business processes without follow-up telephone calls, or waiting for process failures to occur.

You can also customize data outputs that are required by other software applications and programs.  Centerboard can take the data collected from paper and electronic forms and batch them in CSV and XML file structures.
