The staff at Corossol Software is dedicated, and strives to provide the highest level of customer support for our customers. Our Customers know that when they ask for our assistance, we respond quickly and follow up on each issue until resolved. We track problems and report fixes to all users when they are made available. Release notes are published to the user community and contain new functionality that has been added as well as the resolution to reported problems. A complete library of documentation is included with the application. Every feature and function is completely documented and is written for laypersons – not technical staffs. Although Centerboard minimizes the need for program development, some technical expertise will be required for the installation of the software. On average it takes less than an hour to install and setup the application (including a database engine). |
