Access to your documents, data and processes may not be meant to be seen by every defined user.  Centerboard gives you the ability to assign security access at many levels.

Users Access Security:
You can assign access levels for each user.  When a user searches for stored images or data they will only get results that match the defined security level you set.  A user with a low access will not find or have access to any item that is more secure.  Centerboard gives you four levels to set for user access.

Drawer Access Security:
Centerboard allows for the creation of an unlimited number of drawers.  Permissions must be added to user profiles to access the drawer contents.  Accounting, Human Resource, Sales, Marketing or any of your business functions can have its own dedicated storage and work area.  Not to worry, you can have as many or as few drawers as you deem necessary for your environment without the fear of everyone having access to all your information. 

Folder Access Security:
Folders are assigned to drawers. Centerboard gives you the ability to assign an access level for each folder.  A user with access to a drawer would only be able to see the folders or its content if the user has greater or equal authorization level.

Document and Data Access Security:
Document and data can have access levels assigned in the same manner as folders. Centerboard allows you to create folders and allow only certain files and documents or, the data associated to them to be viewed by users.

Functional Security:
Centerboard gives you control over application authorization for each defined user.  You can independently allow users to given functional areas of the application.  You may only want specific users to have access to reporting capabilities or to application administration functions.  The software has five secured functional areas and you can grant access to each as you see fit.  This feature ensures that you control the functions of the system by only allowing access to those who need it.  All users are given search capabilities.  By using the defined access levels listed you can see how well your data and business functions are protected by Centerboard.
